What security patch is the beta on?

I see conflicting information or information I'm misunderstanding. Is the beta on the September patch or the October patch? I think it's October but I see something that says otherwise.

See the screenshots. One screenshot says September but the other says October.

the October security patch was from Samsung while the play store gets updated from Google

Apples and Oranges. You're looking at two different products, Android security and Google Play.
