Whatsapp can't be uninstalled

Since Android 10 One UI 2.0 Beta update, I am not able to uninstall Whatsapp. Any time I try it says package installer keeps crashing error.

I am able to delete any other downloaded apps as I want with no issues. Only Whatsapp won't uninstall.
