YouTube freezing randomly

I was in full screen mode several times where all of a sudden my whole phone froze for a few seconds, half a minute at most. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but does anyone know how to prevent this?

I've had this too, but everytime it happens it's just random. Have you wiped cache for youtube?
