Samsung MembersWithout it can't fill in the number. Asked during collection at shop but not available.
They said to screenshot the email confirmation only but no invoice number in the email.

Samsung MembersStatus for phone is "Picked Up".
But 1 item I haven't receive i.e.,screen protector.
It status shows as "Order Placed".
I can't find anything or button to download from web/app.
Any other suggestion?
