Invalid Zus Coffee Voucher

Recently I redeemed the Zus Coffee Voucher but they're all not valid for use.

I contacted Samsung support but they not replied me.

i think here is what happens
1) we are only allowed to redeem once
2) once you entered the code into zus app, there is expiry date,if not mistaken need to use it within 3 days
not sure if any of this applies to your situation

The code is invalid since day 1.

Couldn't be accepted by Zus coffee app at all.

We've tried it and it seems to be working, it could be a technical error at the app side. Do try again and see if it's working for you.

I find that ZUS app design has funny way of applying Voucher. You will failed if you add voucher at their Voucher Wallet page. You try apply the Voucher aka Discount code from Samsung's ZUS Voucher at the ZUS app's checkout payment page.

try to go - gift card - there is a textbox for you to keyin mobile number, just keyin your samsung zus redeem code there as photo. then should be ok. i try both code no issue
