Samsung MembersWasted my blahdy time going there and not getting the job done.
I have Huawei phones and did warranty claim before, they told me they can do diagnostic checks without the need to use the customers unlock pin.
I'm surprise such a global company still need user pin to unlock so the they can service the phone.
crazy.

Samsung Membersfor SC to asked me to release my unlock pin without any supervision, how crazy is that... ? Samsung need to wake up.
I'm very unhappy about this. if I they can't replace my inner screen due to this, i will not hesitate to move back to Huawei.
stupid Samsung.
