Im so frustrated!! I just win 12month VIU pass but then they say "it's okay, you may try tomorrow"  (sort of)

WHAT??!!! then i searched for the voucher but its not there!! ARGHHHH

no i didnt.. doing at the first try then pop out the notification said i need to try again tmrow and no voucher on the voucher section
