Disparity in price online vs offline

Samsung online store sells $38. Out of stock. Samsung experience store sells $49. Why is there a price difference?

Samsung online isn't really run by Samsung.. they are just authorised reseller.. so that means discounts off from retail price...

SES Shops take stocks from distributors... either old stocks on old price or new price not updated yet...
