I registered for the $88 preorder voucher but never received it. In my rush to preorder the S24, I forgot about the voucher that I didn't receive.
At the point in time when I was preordering, Samsung's website showed that the MasterCard $100 off promo was still ongoing but I couldn't apply it either.
After placing my order, I called Samsung and their CS explained that the MasterCard promo was fully redeemed but website wasn't updated. They couldn't explain why I didn't receive the $88 voucher though. Lol.
They asked me to cancel my preorder and re-preorder again. Lol. But I applied a trade-in and the IMEI would taking a few working days to unlock, which would make the bonus Samsung reward points promo expire.
Eventually, I forgo the $88 voucher and MasterCard promo. What a bad preorder experience with Samsung, once again.🙄
