Can't use Samsung Rewards points for purchasing themes or wallpapers

Based on what I can find, I am supposed to be able to use my Samsung Rewards points to pay for themes or wallpapers, but that option does not seem to be available for me. Does it actually work for Malaysia customers?

Sorry to informed that Samsung Rewards points cannot use to purchase or redeem themes or wallpapers at galaxy store in Malaysia.

Thanks for your reply but then this is rather misleading as the screenshot shows it can be used for Galaxy Store and Galaxy Theme.

100% agreed. This is a misleading information. Please do not cheat your customer again as already been done to all Exynos chipset users.

At this rate, I am only collecting points to let it expire, so I am wondering what is the point of collecting the Rewards points? I have 160 points expiring today, and the available vouchers aren't of interest to me.

Will Samsung reconsider allowing Malaysia customers to use the points for Galaxy Store purchases? Otherwise there is zero incentive to collect the points...
