How do you get Reward Points when the order status is not updated?

The order status has stayed at "Out for delivery" for quite some days now. So I can't get Reward Points if the order stays incomplete, right?

EDIT: the issue seems to have been resolved.

Yes you will get your reward points within 14 days after delivery

I also have same issue. I got order delivered at 30th January. Its 2months now still status remaining "out for delivery"
