Does anyone face issue when using Samsung Wallet to make payment?

I have deleted my Public Bank debit card from Samsung Wallet and tried to add again, but encountered error "Your request wasn't approved by the card issuer. Try another card or contact your card issuer for more information", and I called Public Bank Card Center and the officer has helped me to reactivate it.
Then, I added the same card again and used it to make payments at the retail stores, but the transaction keep on failing, and the terminal shows "Invalid Transaction" or "Invalid Response" error.

Does anyone know is this issue related to Samsung Wallet or Public Bank?

The only reason I could think your debit card is probably PB UnionPay Lifestyle Debit Card which is not supported by Samsung Wallet.

But if it is UnionPay Lifestyle Debit Card, i dont think it can be added at first as it is not supported

Bro. Your hand phone. Does it shows activated? I used an MBB debit card. I always had to add and reactivate both HP and watch.

Ya, previously the card can be used without any issues. But after I deleted the card and added it again, the transactions keep failed. I have seeked for PB support to reactivate it few times, but the same issue still persists
