Hi, anyone had similar issue?
Till now I don't received any verification code via text or email for samsung wallet activation.
Already called the bank, reset the card and yet still nothing.
Currently using S25. Public Bank credit card.

Samsung Wallet/Pay
It sounds frustrating—this is a fairly common issue with Samsung Wallet activation, especially when dealing with Malaysian banks like Public Bank. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:
1. Ensure phone number/email is correct – Double-check that your registered mobile number and email with Public Bank are correct and active for OTP (One-Time Password) delivery.
2. Allow SMS permissions – Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wallet > Permissions, and make sure SMS and Phone permissions are allowed.
3. Switch to mobile data – Some OTPs don’t come through properly when on Wi-Fi. Try switching to mobile data before requesting the code again.
4. Clear cache – Clear the cache and data for Samsung Wallet, then restart the app and try the card setup again.
5. Time sync – Go to Settings > General management > Date and time, and make sure “Automatic date and time” is enabled. OTPs often fail if time settings are off.
6. Contact Samsung support – If you’ve already reset the card with the bank, and still nothing comes through, it may be a Samsung Wallet-side issue. Reach out via the Samsung Members app or their hotline.
If none of that works, I recommend temporarily trying the card with Google Wallet to check if the issue is specific to Samsung Wallet.
