it could be your cellular phone battery at low level, need recharging....

....to the best of my knowledge, eventhought your cellular phone do not have a data connection there should be no issue coz I did tried before.....or You forgot to activate your NFC..on your cellphone

....during verification with your thumb print, face reconition or iris authentication...the above page will appear for 30 seconds for you to tap your mobile phone to the merchandise card reader if you need to prolong the time after 30 seconds you have to touch the page and another 30 seconds time will be granted for you to tap and make a successful payment....
