Why Galaxy A14 cannot use Samsung Pay?

To use SAMSUNG Pay, you need enable NFC. Make sure your A14 had it, A14 at some countries doesn't have NFC.

I already enable them. I am able to use google wallet. However, when I try to download samsung pay from galaxy store. It say apps not compatible

If you search Samsung Pay in Galaxy Store, you will get 2 Samsung Wallet, that's the new name for Samsung Pay. But your google account must registered from the same region that support Samsung Wallet, google account/pkaystore from some region will hide Samsung Wallet. In this case, Samsung Galaxy Store has better chance to find them. You need use Sim Card or connected to network of region that enable Samsung Wallet.

Open one by one to check which one is latest version. For Google Playstore, only 1 version (different version no.). But make sure you uninstall existing installed one before you install again. You can also reset/clear the data of Samsung Wallet app if still unable to open it.

Check if your phone has NFC. If it does, turn it on in the settings; it is usually disabled by default.

Oooo, its not supported yet i think. Then, have you try download on play store.
