Sometimes the transaction notification did not come to the phone so the reward point is not coming together. It could happen due to master card server issues.
Please allow us to advise you send email to careline with below attachments.
Our Samsung Support team will check the transactions.

2. Screenshot from Samsung Pay App --> Samsung Rewards --> View more
3. Purchase proof - we would prefer credit card receipt because it consist of card info (last 4 digits)
4. Samsung Account email (Samsung pay --> Settings)
