I'm user of Samsung Galaxy A55, Normally after tap using samsung pay, few second later, i will get notification of samsung point, but now, i received samsung point after 1day. Why delay happen?

Yes, i've been noticing the delay too. I guess, it might be due to overall increased transactions and tighter back end verifications. I'm not too worried as the points will definitely come in. They're just delayed. As long as the transactions record appear in the Samsung Wallet App (you can do this by clicking on the card you used), the numbers (transactions) will give me an indication of points i would expect to receive and so far my points tally.

Do you guys know why using tap to pay but not getting point at all? You guys using official samsung malaysia set or import (shopee)? Thanks.

You need to use MY set to earn point, otherwise you may not earn point but still manage to use samsung wallet as usual.

Ohhh...no wonder la my point still 0.. any idea why? Same app. Same card. Same bank. But cant get point.. Thanks btw. Appreciate ur answer.

I've also been experiencing 1-2 days of delay before being credited with the points at least for this past few weeks. I still get the points though, so I'm not that worried about it too
