*** Allow display to get dimmer ***

I would like for the screen to be able to get dimmer on our devices. In dark places, and at the lowest setting, the screen still is pretty bright, especially when white backgrounds are present. Yes, I know dark mode helps, but having the screen get dimmer also helps even more.

lots of us are having the opposite issue currently. our displays aren't nearly as bright as before and not as vivid either
