Currently it shows screen on time since 12am, but if you stay up late and use your phone this will sleep the screen on time duration you see for the following day.
I agree and actually prefer the entire Battery Usage graph the way it was. To me, the new one doesnt give as much info as a visual graphic compared to the older one.
