Beta 3 broke the camera. It use to take clear pictures now it looks the same as before where it is noisy and not clear. It's a shame that iPhone beats samsung in the camera department.
It may seem like Samsung and Apple are the only phone brands to some people but Huawei, Xiaomi and Honor all beat the Samsung camera. The S10 series still uses the same camera sensor as the S7 series so making the S10's great camera phones couldn't have been a high priority for Samsung.
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
