Means, WE must tell them WHATEVER WE SEE & EXPERIENCE, when using the device, NOT like those other people will say, "FACTORY RESET IT; IT'S A BETA; CLEAN THE CACHE & DATA, ETC......
IF we will NOT report and keep on doing the BAND-AID FIX, then what for the BETA is?
I'm doing BETA testing (for phone, tablet & even laptop before) since 2010, and I know what I'm signed up for.
So, people should STOP defending ANY company who's doing the BETA testing on their products, as y'all NOT helping, but giving them much harder time to find those bugs and problems.
95+% people who's using Smartphones, Tablets & Computers (desktop & laptop), doesn't do the FACTORY RESET, CLEANING THIS AND THAT, so IF we will do that in BETA testing, rather than we are helping, we just added ourselves to the problem.
It's better for Samsung (or any company who's doing the BETA testing), to see the problem by the TESTERS without them doing ALL kinds of techniques & hoopla, as that's NOT helping at all, but we are just hiding the problem.
We better use the phone, as is (the way we do it in everyday life), even after the update to BETA software.
Then when there's bugs and problems, that's the time we will tell them everything that we think is wrong, needs fixing and enhancements.
Now y'all know, what we have to do, when doing a BETA testing of ANY devices.
