Who approved you for this program lol? Facetime is a apple service and can't be merged with samsung. If you are referring to a Samsung version with a different name then please elaborate. I suggest using a 3rd party app to do video calls for the time being.

1st part of this comment wasn't very nice. But I think Google duo should honestly be a standard on Android phones just how FaceTime is a standard on iPhones.

Google DUO is the standard video chat application for android devices. You can also use Skype, but Facetime is strictly set to Apple devices.
