Good luck should be implemented as a standard application in the final one UI 2.0 Android 10 release. With all the programs that it has that are from Samsung itself even I don't see why this app is not included I'm with the new theme park now Samsung is one step behind being able to do what substratum does on almost every other Android device there are so many useful programs and features on this app yet it's not really advertised and I know so little people that know about it but after I have introduced them to it they were instantly hooked there are even applications on there that help with navigation gestures with all the different apps that people like to put on a phone I can understand Samsung not wanting to do so because of things being considered bloatware but yet that's what makes good luck different it's just one application that you can choose to download other applications from which may be found in the Galaxy store but but she wouldn't notice them unless you actually searched Samsung.
It's an extremely versatile app you should include it as a standard regular application but leave it open so that if someone chooses to delete it say like a Stock's outdoor calculator up they can delete it if they want
I could see that if it were left open for uninstalling but we know that's not how it would work. It would most likely become another piece of bloatware.
