I want the option to equip Third-Party icon packs to One UI. They are more thorough and ubiquitous than the icon packs in the galaxy store. Editing icons in One UI would be great.
Also, gesture compatibility in Third-Party launchers are buggy to say the least. Fixing that and the functionality of the Samsung Pay tab from the home screen within Third-Party launchers would be great as well and I think it would make the community very happy. Customization is key.
