So for the lock screen shortcuts i would reccomend it to be a touch or a hard touch to activate it instead of a swipe. Something like I phone style. Like for example if you use a flashlight as the short cut that dont need to be unlocked, instead of swiping it it should be touched or like maybe a hard touch to turn it on instead of a swipe
Like i phone had the 3d touch for the lock screen i think samsung should do that as well
