I let my daughter used my S10+ while at the grocery store to keep her attention focused. Usually I pin the Subway Surfers app but once I tried to unpin the app there was no way to exit. I do use full screen gestures(no hints w/ nova launcher) and in previous versions a pop up nav bar would be available via a Swipe-up gesture to disable it. The bar would not appear forcing me to force-restart my phone(hold power key and vol down). Please take a look as I don't wanna restart my phone everytime we take a grocery store run. Thank you 💪🏾😁😁
Please try clearing the system cache and rebooting your device.
