RCS NEEDED ON UNLOCKED MODELS

Seeing that RCS is already provided by some carriers it would be good to be able to toggle this on on unlocked s10 from factory.

I have it using Google messages. what setting would it be in the Samsung messages app if it were to be enabled?

This works for me now. Google Messages doesn't call it RCS. Open Messages and go into Settings, then select Chat Features. My wife and I just tested this and it works
(unlocked S10 and S10+ on AT&T)

Download the Google Messages app and you'll get it.

google messages doesn't promise or have end to end encryption. I would prefer my messages be private from one end to the other.
