Record Video from Both Front and Rear Camera Simultaneously

It would be awesome to bring back the ability to record with both the front and rear cameras at the same time (like the Galaxy S7). Why did this go away?

it would be good for vloggers. think it would be pretty cool to have that feature. i think s11 is about to have it

Just because you don't see the point doesn't mean it isn't useful. And Joe was right...I used it for vlogging. I was able to video the main subject while also recording myself at the same time. So the viewer would see a picture in picture effect...you know...exactly like the new screen capture option we have now as part of the beta program. The new option allows us to record the screen and also capture a selfie video at the same time...but you probably don't see the point in that either.

I don't remember my S7 ever doing this.

I do...and I actually used it. It didn't come installed by default but you could download dual camera mode amongst several other useful camera modes from the Galaxy store.

I remember this feature. I never used it, but it was definitely dope to show off! I'm not opposed to them bringing it back

They took it away and will continue to take away features because of stupid people. I mean you have people who want to charge their phone under water and those who are confused why Samsung doesn't fix 3rd part apps that they don't own!
