I think it would be awesome if they had an option to choose a solid color wallpaper in the display section. Maybe have a feature with a hex pallete so users can either select the color or type the Hex code.
You can just go to the galaxy store and download a solid wallpaper for free. I actually prefer those to the blurry, messy landscape shots that you find on the galaxy store.
