Split Screen / Navigation

 I suggest that when an app is held and dragged  towards the far top of the display, it fills that portion for split screen view (w/ a similar "pan out" animation, like when opening an app).

 I also suggest a visual indication to show when you are swiping up on the navigation bar.

I would kind of rather it be like beta 2 where when you close the app all the way up like that (dragged far up) and release the icon would bounce which is visually beautiful , but hopefully there is an easier way for split screen

If you drag it far enough before it goes split screen and release, it should still do your bounce thingy.
I think that in the process of dragging, there should be 3 states the app could be in: the state where the recent apps are with it, the "free" state, and at the far top, split screen. idk
