I liked how the 2nd update gave me dark mode on the apps I was unable to get. This new update took that away. Samsung please fix that issue. Freezing issues is still happening.

you can still do that, just go into developer settings and there's an option for enforcing dark mode.

It's the same as before but the setting in Developer Options needs to be re-enabled after a reboot.
