S7, S8, S9 T mobile DIGITS users used to have visual voicemail baked right into the dialer and for the most part it worked until it didn't. Tmobile acted as if people calling in about the feature were imagining it and you would be handed off to numerous customer service reps who acted as if you were crazed. Persistent callers would eventually get a rep who would help them until it if course broke again...
