My phone keeps turning off when I use the 2× zoom and sometimes while adjusting brightness on the same zoom level while taking pictures of bright scenes.
So far, it has only been happening using the 2× zoom and adjusting brightness.
Im on the latest update (The second update of September).
I have cleared camera data and cache multiple times and the issue still persists.
The issue is not due to any third party app as I have checked using Safe Mode and the issue still comes up.
I think you should take it to the service center and try it out on a demo unit in the store to see if it happens. (all A54 should still be under warranty) - since less than a year since launch
Unfortunately, don't think there's much else can do apart from 1. Not using the feature that triggers it 2. Attempt a hard reset with no guarantees and alot of restoring
