ALL Samsung soundbar 1080p video passthrough refresh rate missing bug

My samsung q800d soundbar missing refresh rate below 50hz at 1080p resolution when using soundbar HDMI in (tv video passthrough).

it seems this is a bug with many samsung soundbar.
