How do i know my fold 3 is using Android 12L os??

you will see the Android version written as 'Android 12.1' or 'Android 12L' in your Z Fold3. The One UI version will be One UI 4.1.1.

To navigate there, Open Settings > search 'Software information' and click on the first result

The most obvious part is you will see the presence of taskbar.
