Not convinced. Karamihan nang mga nababasa at naririnig ko, it's usually after an update that they encounter the said problem. Granted that it happens even on iP*, seems to me mas prevalent sa mga Sammy phones. Good thing my close to 3yrs S21 is all good but I'm seriously considering jumping to the fruit side coz of how Sammy PH is treating local users when most of their counterparts abroad are acknowledging the problem and replacing them free of charge 🤔

Eh ba't report ng mga members dito sinisingil sila for the repairs? Ala din ako nakitang official statement from Sammy PH. Also, obviously it's a hardware failure. My own theory is that there's something in the updates that's causing premature hardware failure. Just me though

Sorry, are you referring to the free screen repairs/replacement or their stand on the issue or both? Regardless though, ba't ganun ang mga feedback sa mga members dito? Surely if sumthin official came out from Sammy shouldn't their repair centers act accordingly?
