Any other ways to cancel my pre-order?

I was trying to cancel my recent pre-order, contacted the phone support and was told that once the payment has been made, i'm not allowed to cancel my orders.

Any other ways to cancel the order guys?

No way. What u can do is find another person who interested.

I got screwed too.. Missed the free 45w charger code... And it is still available then.. Cannot cancel the pre order.

Tried the online support channel, the support highlighted the t&c, not able to make cancelation once payment is confirmed.
Lesson learned, no need to be the early bird next time.
