SupportI bought 2 watches from Samsung eStore. By the time i got it, i only got 1 watch. When checked with Samsung, they said they already delivered 2 watch and even send me delivery confirmation email. Tried to call the call centre and waited for 30 minutes only to listen that they are busy. Its only available from 9-6 on weekdays, but i can never seem to reach anyone from the support.
Never expected this kind of things to come from a big company like Samsung. Its my first online shopping on their store and its a very very very bad impression already.

Mine still preparing to dispatch but I chose store pickup. Been waiting since March 2. Their delivery is so slowwwww
