Facing same issue but mine is TnG eWallet crashed, the rest of banking apps are OK. Samsung service desk claims that secure folder not support payment apps. So I just temporarily move my eWallet out from secure folder that work fine for me. Permanent solution could be to reset secure folder or the phone.
