Disappearing Contacts

Hi there, i use A 52S. After using for a few months, i have lost most of my contacts. 

I save a contact say from Whatsapp into my Google contact. It stays for a few days and after that I cannot find the contact any more.

I have checked settings, cleared cache etc but the issue remains. Any suggestions will be most welcome.

Make sure when you open contacts app, press the 3 vertical lines on the left and make sure it is selected as all contacts.

You mentioned that you save contacts on Google. Likely gotta sync the contacts from Google as well.
