I find kindly dissapointed with how Samsung Malaysia handle the Preorder. While most of Senheng, Telco user already get the S23 today. My order on 3 Feb still awaiting dispatch since 14 February. 

Even Urban Republic the Authorise Dealer can ship immediately after purchase. So disappointed. Maybe no more buying from their web after this.

Ya I heard that too. Because my friend did order on 5th Feb already delivered.When I contact customer service and ask how they sort the order. The unable to give the answer. Just they said by batch. They seem clueless too

They'll never learn simply bcos...
1. They're not interested in serving/helping their customers, they're only interested in selling to us customers!
2. They don't even know/care if they've made any mistakes!

Every time PreBooking same issue unprofessional in delivery Management. Wasn't Well Managed - please improve the Pre Booking delivery service.
