I was promised a free screen replacement went down service centre twice met with the same reply, there is no email record. What the Fk. Seriously wasting my time, absolutely ridiculous. First time I did the booking appointment it didn't work, second time I asked the customer support people to book for me. Both of the visit I met with the same issue.
