On Sept 2023, i just fixed my flip 4 phone due to battery issue. The phone auto power off after flipping in. I can only keep it open. So fustrating issue. The phone is still within 1 year warranty so luckily the repair is free.
Yesterday, 19 Oct 2023, my husband fold 4 phone is experiencing the same issue as well! Or should i say his is much worse. As of now, he cannot charge his phone or even switch on at all. When he attempts to charge his phone, it keep prompting "Charging paused as phone temperature is too low". What is this nonsense?! Super horrible issue that needs users like us to send in for repair.
Flip/fold phones needs to send in for repair less than a year is unacceptable. It causes inconvenience to the users and lack of trust in the model itself.
Can Samsung look into this issue? Will this issue happen again after the repair?
