Gallery between secure folder

Have anyone facing the issue moving photo between gallery secure folder?

After latest update, the photo no longer allow move around.. 

Always prompt "You already moving.... Try again later"

Make sure you have latest version and secure folder icon been switched on (if you see it means it's already on). Try snap 1 new photo and move it if success. Probably your previous moving to secure folder been interrupted. You can try moving all photos to a new empty folder and move to secure folder again.

Tried, but not working..
Restarted phone not working as well.
I uninstall the secure folder then install back, it only works that way.
