Just happened to me in S21 Ultra. Please help, this is my only phone. I've been saving money for ages to get this phone

Just to share. Walk in Samsung Pavillion and ask politely. I recently got my S21Ultra screen replaced with only labour charged.

It is subjected to approval from Samsung Malaysia and it is not something that the staff can promise so, please be polite and patience with the staff.
