If you still want to buy, there's plenty third party resellers on Shopee/Lazada/Amazon/etc... although other brands have better specs & value for money and guaranteed with actual customer support. Regarding Galaxy Book 4Pro, it's not released yet but even if it does, you'll have to buy it let's say from Korea or US.
