Hi, Just purchased recently the HW-S621B sound bar with voice command function. Initially I was able to setup Alexa but after the software update it looks like disabled. I tried to contact the customer support but it looks like Alexa is not available in Malaysia. Anybody have the same issue? It's a bummer since Bixby can't also be invoked by voice command on the bar itself. Seems to me the microphone built in on the bar does not serve its purpose.
Do you think the item can be returnable?haha i'm just pissed that i was like a victim of fraud. Other than the voice assistant i dont have any other issues anyway.
