Keyboard error

Hi, after updating my phone to the latest software, the keyboard has been changing the theme to default by itself. I have tried refreshing the app, closing all apps , and restarting my phone. It changes to the galaxy theme that I have set for my phone, but after a few minutes, it goes back to the default theme. Your help is much needed. Thank you!

try to clear the cache and data. note that this will reset your keyboard setting s to default

Hii, I've tried doing so and it keeps changing back to default eveytime i turn off my phone (not power off) 😔 Not as much as before but still annoying

oh no.. guess that u need to run your device in safe mode to see which apps are the culprit

i saw another person saying that the new software update doesn't support the keyboard themes and samsung said they will do another software update that supports it. nothing i can do for now☹️
