The latest software updates is ridiculous. Please do not update it. I done it and now unable to reverse it. The old Samsung we could delete the last update easily. I have to switch brand now after more than 10 years with Samsung.
You're not alone, we called samsung countless times and each call they repeat the same thing over and over even with their so called follow-ups they repeat the scripted talks. I'm very sure Samsung has heard countless complains and know their loyal supporters concerns. Is anything addressed? NO. They're very confident company that without you they are still big and growing.
