SupportThe rollout of the One UI 7 software update has been delayed in several markets, including Malaysia which scheduled for release today, 14 April. The update has been delayed due to unexpected bugs reported by users in Korea, who received the update earlier.
As a precaution, Samsung has temporarily paused the global rollout to ensure a more stable experience for all users.
We’ll have to wait a little longer but here’s hoping for a smoother, bug-free update when it arrives!

SupportHowever, critical issues have emerged:
Unlocking Problems: A major bug prevents certain Galaxy S24 users from unlocking their devices, prompting Samsung to pause the global rollout.
Privacy Concerns: Flaws in the Secure Folder feature risk exposing private photos and videos, further damaging user trust.
These setbacks have led to speculation that Samsung might skip the One UI 7.1 update, focusing instead on refining One UI 7.
Samsung has yet to provide official statements regarding these issues or a revised timeline for the update's rollout. Users are advised to monitor official Samsung channels for the latest information and consider delaying manual updates until stability is assured.
